Definition - What does ClearCorrect mean?

ClearCorrect is a system of aligning teeth without the use of conventional metal braces. A package of clear plastic aligners is used to restore the normal tooth movement. The treatment is suitable for orthodontic cases with mild to moderate crowded teeth or spaces between them. Due to their material, the aligners are invisible to the eye and easy to wear.

TheConsultation explains ClearCorrect

During the first visit to the dentist, a patient's record is forwarded to the laboratory, where an identical 3D model of their denture is manufactured. There are three sets of aligners available, having the corresponding cost:

  • Unlimited, including as many aligners required for his/her case.
  • Limited 12, including 12 sets of aligners.
  • Limited 6, including six sets of aligners.

The whole treatment comprises four stages of aligner therapy. For each stage, which typically lasts three weeks, a new set of aligners is created. Between the stages, there is a continuous control and evaluation. Gradually, during treatment, teeth begin to adjust and align to the desired smile. The duration of the therapy varies from 1-2 years, depending on the orthodontic situation, and is considered an effective and safe method.
